• Visit to a historical/museum/cultural place.

• Visit to a cultural/artistic and eco-tourism place.

• Picking of wild edible plants, get familiar with many wild plants that you might have not seen before, and learn how to pick them in a sustainable way enabling them to grow again in the following season.

The experience is never complete without preparing and tasting some delicious traditional dishes.

• Bee experience, get up close and personal with our beautiful, well behaved honeybees, work to find the queen bee amongst her thousands of workers, you will also explore how the girls make honey and run the hive and what the boys do. You might be able to see babies emerging.

• Guest house: to spend a night in one of the old historical house or a new house, but they are all hospitable and offer a calm and pleasant stay.

Day 2:

• Breakfast & Saj experience: get the know-how, and participate in the preparation of saj bread and manakish.

• Hiking at Shouf Biosphere Reserve

• Visit to a historical / cultural/musuem place

• Lunch

• Wine making experience: learn about the local wine as you explore the cellars and vineyards located in the area, and enjoy a variety of wine tasting experiences.
