Mrusty is located between 1250 and 1750 m above sea level at 67 km from Beirut. This village is renowned for its millennium Oak woods, its Ottoman bridge, and its Roman and Byzantine ruins. There is also an old grape mill and three natural springs, one of which, the Jeita Spring is considered blessed and holy.
